PA DOC covers state custody, and the state Megan's Law Website operates under its own disclosure rules. The site organizes those official contacts, request steps, portal fields, and documented fees so the source of each record is clear.

An official copy must come from the Union County office, court, or Pennsylvania State Police unit that maintains the original record.
